CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Just be lashes Policies ✨ To ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every client, the following policies are strictly upheld. By booking, you agree to all terms below 📅 Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit of $50 full sets, $35 two weeks $45 three weeks is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit will go toward your total service. Deposits are none refundable. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling & weather Policy I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a late cancellation fee. • and A new deposit is required to book a new appointment. ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service price before being allowed to book again. ⸻ 💳 Payment Policy I accept card on file, Venmo, Cash App, Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment. ⸻ ⏳ Late Policy Please arrive on time to your appointment. • A 15 minute grace period is allowed. With extra fee of $15 • After 20 your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on schedule and the full service price will still apply. With extra fee of $25. After 30min late you will be charged a no-show fee. Appointment Confirmation Policy All clients are required to confirm their appointment through the booking app and respond to any appointment confirmation text sent by Just Be Lashes. All policies must be signed and sent. Failure to confirm your appointment through the app and/or respond to the confirmation message before your scheduled appointment time may result in your appointment being marked as a no-show. No-show fees will be charged to the card on file in accordance with our booking policies. Please ensure your contact information is up to date and check your messages prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation or no-show charges. ⸻ 👁 Lash Fill Policy Fills must be booked within: • 2 weeks for a 2-week fill • 3 weeks for a 3-week fill Anything beyond that will be considered a full set. You must have at least 40–50% of lashes remaining to qualify for a fill. ⸻ ✨ Guest Policy I am home based No extra guests or children are allowed at appointments unless previously approved. ⸻ 🧼 Clean Lash Policy Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. • If a lash bath is required, a $10–$15 fee may be added. ⸻ 💖 Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, repeatedly late, or does not follow policies. Saturdays are an extra $35-45 If you refuse to pay extra I will refuse service ⸻ 📌 By Booking By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above.
